OnePlus 13, globally released in January 2025, is a high-end 5G flagship smartphone that combines premium performance with a large battery and a versatile Hasselblad camera system. It is powered by the top-tier octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Eliteprocessor (a 3nm chip) and Adreno 830 GPU. The device comes with memory configurations of 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of fast UFS 4.0 internal storage in global markets, with a 24 GB RAM and 1 TB storage option available in some regions (all non-expandable). A major highlight is the large 6.82-inch LTPO 4.1 AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution (1440 x 3168 pixels), a smooth and adaptive 120Hz refresh rate, and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits. The phone is powered by a large non-removable 6,000 mAh battery and supports rapid 100W wired charging (80W in North America) and 50W wireless charging. It launched with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15 and includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, NFC functionality, and an IP68/IP69 water resistance rating.
