Description
OnePlus 9, released in March 2021, is a 5G-enabled flagship smartphone featuring a flat display and a powerful processor. It is built with an aluminum frame, a glass front, and a glass back, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The device is powered by the flagship octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and Adreno 660 GPU. The OnePlus 9 offers memory configurations of either 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage, which is non-expandable. It boasts a 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. Co-developed with Hasselblad, the rear camera system is a triple-lens setup: a 48 MP main sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens with a Freeform Lens design, and a 2 MP monochrome lens. The phone has a non-removable 4,500 mAh battery that supports 65W Warp Charge 65T wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging (in select regions). It launched with OxygenOS based on Android 11 and includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, a USB Type-C port, and NFC functionality.
