Description
OnePlus 8T, released in October 2020, is a 5G-enabled smartphone built with an aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass 5 on both the front and back, featuring a flat display unlike its curved-screen predecessors. It is powered by the flagship octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and Adreno 650 GPU, and was notable as one of the first non-Google phones to launch with OxygenOS based on Android 11. Memory configurations include options for 8 GB or 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of non-expandable UFS 3.1 internal storage, offering fast performance. A key selling point is the smooth 6.55-inch Fluid AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400 pixels) and a fast 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it features a quad-camera system on the rear, including a 48 MP main sensor with OIS, a 16 MP ultrawide lens, a 5 MP macro lens, and a 2 MP monochrome lens. The device is powered by a non-removable 4,500 mAh battery and supports the incredibly fast 65W Warp Charge technology, which can provide a day’s power in just 15 minutes. It includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, and NFC capabilities, but lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack.
